Does wisdom teeth removal hurt?
During the procedure you won't feel a thing thanks to sedation and local anesthesia. Afterward, most patients manage easily with prescribed or over-the-counter medication, and discomfort fades within a few days.
Will I be put to sleep?
You choose the comfort level. Options range from local anesthesia and laughing gas to full IV (“twilight”) sedation, where you'll be completely relaxed and remember nothing. Dr. Oh will recommend the best option for you.
How long is recovery?
Most patients feel noticeably better within 3 to 4 days and resume normal activities within a week. We send you home with clear aftercare instructions and stay available if you have questions.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans and are in-network with many major providers including MetLife, Delta Dental, Cigna, and United Concordia. Send us your info when scheduling and we'll verify your benefits before treatment.
